Requirements
PAL requires copies of the participant's birth certificate
and last report card for registration, along with a
completed
Sports Registration Form. Youth with a GPA below
2.0 are required to attend tutoring in order to be eligible
for competition. Certified teachers provide several tutoring
sessions during the week at all PAL locations.
Registration Cost
$40 per Season; additional cost for uniforms

Registration will be held at Monument and 33rd on the
following dates and times:
October 29: 5p-8p
November 5: 5p-8p
November 8: 9a-3p
November 12: 5p-8p
November 15: 9a-3p
November 19: 5p-8p
November 22:
9a-3p
Remember to bring the most recent report
card, birth certificate and PAL registration form upon
registering.
Season will begin JANUARY 5.
